panda95 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using panda95. By registering or accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the panda95 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. To be eligible to use panda95, you must:

- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
- Not be located in a country or territory where access to services of this nature is prohibited under local law;
- Have not previously been suspended or banned from panda95 for policy violations.
Panda95 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any person found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on panda95. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. panda95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge;
- Notify panda95 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Use a strong password and change it regularly to minimise security risks.
Panda95 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on panda95 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, DuitNow, and bank transfers to licensed financial institutions in Malaysia.
Deposits:
- Deposits are credited to the user's account once successful payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider;
- Panda95 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by third-party systems, banking disruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our control;
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and can be viewed in the user account panel.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are processed to a verified bank account or digital wallet held in the name of the same account holder;
- Panda95 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a specified threshold;
- Any withdrawal attempt involving third-party accounts, fraudulent activity, or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.
Panda95 does not operate as a financial institution and does not offer any form of loan or credit service. All deposited funds are solely for the purpose of using the platform's services.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Account Policy
Panda95 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Sharing, selling, transferring, or renting your account to any other party;
- Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activities;
- Publishing content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or that infringes the rights of others through the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure: panda95 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited subject to the outcome of panda95's internal investigation. Users have the right to appeal within 14 days of receiving the closure notice.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Panda95 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our platform is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes;
- Service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, power failures, or cyberattacks;
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the panda95 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of panda95 and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.

The panda95 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. panda95 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services.
